Drive from Wawa to Sault Ste Marie... spied a beautiful beach and had to stop. I mean, c'mon! It's MY cove!! and what a beautiful spot it was.

The water was SO clear and warm. We discovered afterwards that this sandy cove is so shallow that it's the warmest section of the whole of Lake Superior! It was irresistible. We all ended up going in for a swim. Jonathan and each went up for our swim suits, but the kids were already in in their clothes well before that.
Our kids imagine this is what Hawaii is like.

Fun games to play at the KOA Holiday campground we booked in Sault Ste. Marie for the night.
Again had the pool to ourselves for quite sometime, then a mom and her two boys joined us. We ended up having a nice evening hangout with the family after dinner at our campfire. They are from Victoria and sold their house and are traveling across Canada in their trailer with a "Choose Love Canada" initiative.
Kids used their own money to treat us to a pedal-quad ride around the campgrounds. We all took turns pedaling. A good work out.
